    Hello guys,

I am thinking of relocating the ASN HQ, to a separated region. However ASN HQ doesn't need much space or many prims so I am looking for joined partners who would rent a land on the same sim. It's not a rush plan, should be realized within a couple of months though. The goal is to have friends, people that trust each other and more importantly ASN members together at one place.

I am willing to get an entire sim if we can fill it up for that purpose. After some research I would estimate land prices as follows. Prices are estimate and will be finalized based on the current price oh the entire region at the time of rental.

    1/2 sim, 7500 prims = 10,000L / week

    1/4 sim, 3750 prims = 5,000L / week

    8192 sqm, 1875 prims = 2,500L / week

    4096 sqm, 937 prims = 1250L / week

Both commercial and residential use. Once again, prices are estimate based on current prices. They may change based on location (waterfront, etc) and in general by the time we can rent the sim.

If you are interested to partner with us in this, have questions or comments please post it below.

    Thanks!

Thank you La, please tell me which size you would be interested to get. Barcelona sent me IM in sl so I know Gemini and Barcelona will have the 1/4 sim each. So half of the sim is out. Once we have the plan for the entire thing I'll get the sim.

Does the area have a name or proposed name? You mean buy not rent? Right? Moving for me is not likely, downsizing is, and trying various areas is. I've heard that stats are scary on relocation success stories, but that likely would not apply for ASN. Love the name of the area I'm in Commerce Island, and the owner. I was at Second Ads HQ the other day - don't hold me to it but, I believe I saw an area there 1000prim for 1400wk - seems to me that place would be a perfect match for ASN-HQ., and might allow more focus on your core business without having to act as or be distracted from that by land management issues, or stress. Please keep us posted.

Hey Scrap. Thanks for your comment. I don't know about the Second Ads prices, but i find the sim a bit laggy.

The purpose of my idea is to help everyone get away from bad neighbors, bad customer support, bad rules, bad price, bad traffic, etc, and put them into a community based sim where there is no profit just sharing the initial cost.

Yes I will update you guys how things go. We have time. No rush.

I updated the topic post above, added prim counts to each land size so it is clearer for everyone but Ill post it here too:

    1/2 sim, 7500 prims = 10,000L / week

    1/4 sim, 3750 prims = 5,000L / week

    8192 sqm, 1875 prims = 2,500L / week

    4096 sqm, 937 prims = 1250L / week

Great points, great idea, good neighbors in-world, more community Lv it.

Is it going to be G or M rated?

    What are the land covenants?

It should be M rated. Covenants will be worked on later. I will not get the sim until we have full house so I will post it once we are ready. There will not be too strickt rules. Mostly I just want everyne to get along and if there is a dispute between neighbors which I hope there wont be we will work it out somehow.

    Yup. You got it.

This is what we have so far:

    Gemini - 1/4 sim

    Barcelona 1/4 sim

    La Freese + Arkad - 8192sqm

So we still have one 1/4 sim left available with 3750 prims and another 8192sqm with 1875 prims (or two 4096sqm with 937 prims each).

Make a hole in the middle so I can paddle in the sea. Rent the hole to a mermaid or sumfink but insist on paddling privileges

Lol, I would be honoured to house a giraffe, since it's becoming a regular feature to my store setup.

Put me down for the remaining 4096 sqm, 937 prims = 1250L / week....it is for a non-profit gallery benefiting historical communities in SL and other grids. A single structure build so the prims work. And many thanks to La for telling me about this!
